Booking & Cancellation Policy

BOOKING

• Full balance a day before the start of the tour paid to My Blue Backpack

• Unlimited rebooking with no penalty due to unavoidable circumstances such as, but not

  limited to, cancelled flights, weather, travel ban. (subject to availability)

• Transferable.

• Senior Citizen and PWD discounts are applicable (based on adult published rate and must

  present a Philippine SRC or PWD ID) NOTE: Trail is not PWD friendly especially if in a wheelchair.

• Child Rates:

  • 0-2 years old – FOC

  • 3-6 years old – 50% discount (from published adult rate)

  • 7-12yearsold – 25% discount (from published adult rate)

  • Above 12 years old – adult rate

CANCELLATION

• If cancelled one day or more before tour – no penalties

• If cancelled on the day itself - penalty is 30% of the tour cost
